Sleep Tracker for Notion

I have been doing sleep tracking during this period. I hope to be able to check my recent sleep status and statistical data simply and intuitively.

This sleep tracking template only needs to record the daily falling asleep and waking up times, and it will automatically calculate sleep time and evaluation, and can also automatically summarize and analyze weekly and monthly comparisons.

💤 The combination of daily sleep time and sleep summary can make it easier for us to observe our daily sleep and energy, and also make it easier for us to adjust our schedule in time!
